We created a modular illustration system with customisable personas and scenes. Built in Figma, it allowed interchangeable features—like skin tones, clothing, and accessories—ensuring inclusivity and consistency across agencies.
To extend its reach, a web-based builder was developed so any public officer could easily create and export illustrations without design expertise. Adopted by 700+ officers and featured in nationwide campaigns and digital products, BYOS became a scalable solution for representing Singaporeans more authentically while uniting government communications under a cohesive visual style.
