On national day 2021, my first children’s book was released! Andrew of Tods and Tales reached out to me and inspired by his daily bedtime story session with his daughter, he shared his idea of creating a customisable alphabet book where every young reader could see themselves on a Singaporean food adventure. While illustrating, I’ve managed to relive some of my delicious childhood memories and tried to capture what was like eating dim sum, chilli crab, ice kacang and all these magical foods for the first time.
