When Pretty Good Muffins asked me to design a mural of everyday Singaporeans finding comfort in their muffins, I said yes immediately. This mural isn’t just about muffins, it’s about recognizing ourselves in these everyday rituals of survival, comfort, and small joys. The stressed office worker, ah ma buying tomorrow’s breakfast for her grandkids, the student mugging on pure carb fuel. And of course, getting to eat yummy muffins and their matcha “for the job” is a cherry on top.
